'Slices & Spices Pizzeria started with a heartfelt vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza with Milan. The Rossi family opened up shop in 1985, introducing a cozy, family-oriented eatery using age-old family recipes.
Marco Rossi, our originator, honed her pizza craft by observing renowned pizza chefs in Naples, pizza’s original home. After her journey through Italy, she vowed to offer an authentic Italian pizza experience, advocating for classic techniques and superior ingredients.
Our humble 12-seat pizza place has since flourished into a cherished local establishment. Nevertheless, our adherence to supreme quality and authenticity stands firm. We maintain ancient wood-fired baking methods, prepare our dough from scratch each day, and pursue the finest components available.
At present, 'Slices & Spices Pizzeria is still in the hands of the Rossi lineage, with the next generation at the forefront of our devoted team. Amidst contemporary adaptations, our essence remains consistent: producing inviting, genuine pizzas that unite our community.
